Withdraw from contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving the products. Fill in the form below — you'll immediately receive an email confirming your withdrawal, with the date and time it was recorded.

• ✓We collect the products free of charge from the delivery address.
• ✓We refund all payments received, including the delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice, by bank transfer to the account you provide or, on request, in cash when we collect the products.
• ✓Bottled water unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, for health protection and hygiene reasons (art. 16(e) of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014).
