About this website
The birtaimpex.ro website is operated by Birta Impex SRL (Tax ID: RO 34585600, Trade Register No. J2015000863054), headquartered at Piața Transilvaniei 7, Salonta, Bihor county (email: info@birtaimpex.ro, phone: +40 741 597 436), and presents the company's two divisions: water and salt distribution, and software/AI automations.
Who can order online
The order form on this website is for individuals (consumers) in Salonta, Oradea and Arad and covers AMULET water in 1.5L bottles and 19L jugs. Tiszta Só salt and wholesale orders are available to businesses only, based on a B2B quote requested through the contact form.
Conclusion of the contract
You place an order with the "Order with obligation to pay" button. You immediately receive an email confirming that we received your order, with its number. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by phone. The minimum order is 150 RON.
Prices and payment
Prices are in lei (RON) and include VAT. Water in 1.5L PET bottles carries an SGR deposit of 0.5 RON per bottle, under the deposit-return system. The 19L jug costs 35 RON if you hand over an empty jug on delivery and 75 RON without exchange. Payment is made on delivery, by cash or card.
Delivery
Delivery is free of charge to the address you provide in Salonta, Oradea and Arad, within 1–2 working days of our phone confirmation of the order.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the products. You can withdraw online, via the "Withdraw from contract here" page, or by an unequivocal statement sent to info@birtaimpex.ro (you may use the model withdrawal form provided by Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014). We collect the products free of charge from the delivery address and refund all payments received, including the delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice, by bank transfer or, on request, in cash. Exception: bottled water unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, for health protection and hygiene reasons (art. 16(e) of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014).
Legal guarantee of conformity
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021. If a product is not in conformity on delivery (for example, damaged packaging), you are entitled, under the conditions set by law, to have it brought into conformity by replacement, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract.

You can send complaints to info@birtaimpex.ro or call +40 741 597 436. For alternative dispute resolution, you can contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) via the SAL platform: reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
Software projects
Software and automation services are contracted individually, based on a discussion of each client's specific requirements.
Intellectual property
The content, logos and materials on this website are the property of Birta Impex SRL and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. Orders are governed by the terms in force on the date they are placed.
